Samantha Segall, MA

I launched my private practice for the purposes of supporting others in living authentically and building resiliency in the face of adversity. My experience has taught me that through support, our truest self is able to come forward. When we feel held by our environment and when we are equipped with the tools we need to cope with stress, we are able to move past survival to truly thrive.

My practice is influenced by my love of yoga, the performing arts, and by my own healing journey which has brought me here to be of service to others.

I have experience working with teens and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, bi-polar disorder, addiction, trauma, and grief. I support couples in navigating communication and relationship challenges.

I graduated from the State University of New York at New Paltz with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology in 2008 and from the California Institute of Integral Studies I earned a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology in 2017. I grew up in the suburbs of New York City, spent a decade in California (San Diego, Los Angeles, & San Francisco) and I currently reside in Denver, Colorado.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with family and friends, hiking, camping, snowboarding, cooking, listening to live music, traveling and learning new things.
