My Approach
I identify as a holistic therapist which means that I seek to strengthen the relationships between your mind, body and heart. I work eclectically, drawing from various therapeutic modalities, and blending evidence-based interventions with eastern practices. Iām informed by education and training in Gestalt therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral therapy, Solution Focused therapy and Art therapy. My perspective is trauma-informed and strength-based and my style is warm and non-judgmental.
